Join our team as an Experience Services Ambassador and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences. This position combines hospitality expertise with operational excellence to support our workplace experience initiatives. You'll manage high-profile meetings, oversee employee amenity services, and ensure seamless daily operations while enhancing the overall workplace experience for employees, clients, and guests through proactive communication and high-touch hospitality focused service.
Job Responsibility:
Provide warm, professional welcome to all guests, operating main switchboard, answering calls, and maintaining accurate visitor records
Serve as primary point of contact for conference center clients, maintaining exceptional relationships and providing timely responses to all requests
Coordinate and set up catering and beverage services for meetings and events
Maintain meeting spaces in pristine, ready-to-use condition upholding JLL expectations and standards
Oversee employee amenity kitchens ensuring daily operations meet high standards, stocking pantry supplies, and ordering kitchen supplies
Handle administrative support for meetings, including preparing cost quotes and responding to inquiries
Collaborate with vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure seamless execution with minimal disruption while supporting other departments
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
ServeSafe Food Handler Certification (must obtain within 60 days if not already certified)
1-3 years of experience in food service industry, hospitality, events, property management, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff and clients
Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Strong organizational and time management abilities with proven track record of initiative, integrity, and good judgment
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods with general mobility throughout office facilities
Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business administration, or related field
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Previous conference center or corporate events experience with understanding of meeting logistics and coordination
Experience with senior executive meeting coordination and high-stakes event management
Knowledge of food service operations and inventory management practices
Experience working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments with competing priorities
Familiarity with workplace experience initiatives and Return to Office support programs
