Reporting to our Innovation and Team Member Experience (TMX) Manager, our Experience Project Lead will work as part of a cross functional team to deliver on our strategy to develop leading team member experiences across the KFC network.
Job Responsibility:
Working with the Innovation & TMX Manager to develop the strategy & playbook for best-in-class Employee Experiences
Partnering with functional leaders across the business to map experiences/ journeys to define future capabilities requirements, that enhance team member engagement
Lead and drive strategic experience projects aligned with business priorities, managing discovery through to BAU
Collaboration with business leaders and functional teams to design initiatives that elevate the employee experience, simplify processes and foster innovation, ensuring alignment with operational and people focused goals
Use agile ways of working to accelerate project delivery, ensuring initiatives deliver meaningful benefits and enhance team member satisfaction
Work cross functionally with business leaders, field teams, and functional SMEs to develop and refine project roadmaps that drive positive team member and operational outcomes
Be the voice of the Team Member Experience, leveraging data and insights to guide decision making
Ensure new initiatives align with the field's needs, using feedback loops and continuous improvement cycles
Define success criteria/measures that track impact on team member experience, operational effectiveness and engagement
Ensure stakeholder involvement in problem resolution and solution design to enhance the employee experience
Ensure solutions align with our culture, values and team member needs
Champion KFC's culture and values, act as a cultural leader within the TMX team and broader organisation
Fostering a work environment that prioritises team member experience and engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Human Resources or Education) or Product Lead/Management/Owner certification preferred
2 years People & Culture experience, ideally with exposure to TMX project management
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, desired
Proficiency in service design (desired)
Agile certification or training
Project and change management capabilities
Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience
