Lead and inspire a team of Experience Designers to create visually rich, emotionally engaging digital experiences
Translate brand strategy and user insight into impactful visual systems, layouts, typography, motion, and interaction
Champion craft and detail, setting a high standard for polish and modern interface design
Develop and evolve design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines that drive consistency and creativity
Collaborate with UX, strategy, tech, and delivery teams to ensure ideas are beautiful, scalable, and user-loved

A compelling portfolio showcasing world-class design craft across branding, UI, interaction, and digital product design

Minimum 5 years’ experience shaping and delivering strategic design, customer experience, and/or brand innovation initiatives for government or large-scale enterprise systems
Minimum 5 years’ experience with human-centered design, analysis of user feedback and behavioral data, and/or creative / brand strategy
Minimum 3 years’ experience providing design vision and innovation strategies to senior leadership, PMs, and product owners

Job Responsibility

Serve as the program’s principal design thought partner and customer-experience strategist

Strategic design leadership with a focus on business outcomes and user value
Product fluency in AI/LLM UX, including prompt interfaces and progressive AI results
Full-spectrum design skills: UX research, UI design, interaction and visual design
Strong technical collaboration with frontend teams
Research and validation expertise via interviews, testing, and behavioral analysis
Experience managing or collaborating with contractors and remote teams
