Leading Experience Design on strategic projects, as part of our diverse and growing team. As an Experience Design Lead, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams shaping end-to-end experiences for enterprise clients across Asia. You’ll move from insight to strategy to design - bringing human-centred, data-grounded work to life within agile delivery squads and regional programs.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end design from problem framing to shipped experiences
Facilitate design thinking and collaboration workshops
Lead user research including but not limited to interviews, surveys
Conduct competitor benchmarking and analysis
Create meaningful IA, customer journeys, user flows with business goals
Craft excellence in creating customer interaction & motion design
Champion inclusive design & accessibility (WCAG), baking it into every decisions
Turn insights into outcomes: prototype, test and iterate with clear business objectives
Partner with cross-functional teams across Strategy, Product, Data and Engineering
Be a player-coach: mentor juniors and roll up your sleeves to lead by example
Design for cross-cultural: understanding the APAC nuances, localising flows & content
At least 3 years of experience in XD leadership roles
Portfolio of digital work reflecting capability to work on complex, scalable digital solutions spanning Web, Mobile, and connected experiences
Experience built in a Digital Transformation Consultancy or Digital Agency delivering solutions that blend creative design, technical heavy lifting and Data / AI capability
Human-centered design dept across research, interaction, UI, content & service design
Proven accessibility & inclusive design practice (e.g WCAG/A11y)
Fluency in modern tools: Figma, Miro, prototying & practical chops with AI design tools
Design Systems/DesignOps experience, from governance to component quality
A great communicator with clear succint communication with execs and teams
Bias to action in ambiguous spaces
Well-versed in XD research tools (e.g. Maze, UserTesting)
Good understanding on enterprise software solutions (e.g. Adobe, Sitecore, Salesforce)
Eligible to work in Singapore
Strong understanding of APAC markets, their unique challenges, and the opportunities they present
Nice to have:
Experience in Public Service, Travel & Hospitality, Retail, Health & Telco verticals
Familiarity with data reporting and visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
