We are looking for a high-impact professional to lead visitor engagements at our Robotics Lab & Customer Experience Centre and related online meetings/demoes. You will host senior business and technical stakeholders, run tailored demonstrations of cutting-edge AI and automation solutions, uncover business challenges through consultative conversations, and translate them into solution ideas and next steps with internal teams.
Job Responsibility
Host and engage senior business and technical visitors, leading discovery conversations and aligning demos to their priorities
Present and explain AI, robotics, and automation capabilities clearly—linking technology to ROI, efficiency, risk reduction, CX, and resilience
Run live demos, respond to questions confidently, and adapt the narrative in real time based on audience and context
Capture requirements, pain points, and opportunities
create structured visit summaries and recommended next actions
Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and sales teams to tailor demos, develop new use-cases, and improve the visitor experience
Maintain awareness of industry trends and refresh demo content and messaging accordingly
Requirements
Executive communication & facilitation: confident engaging CXOs/VPs
strong storytelling, structured thinking, and presence
Consultative discovery: ability to ask incisive questions, identify root problems, and connect business challenges to solutions
Strong grounding in AI & automation: familiarity with GenAI/LLMs, RPA/IPA, workflow automation, computer vision, conversational AI, and modern automation architectures
Hands-on demo readiness: comfortable with live walkthroughs, explaining system flows, and troubleshooting basic demo issues calmly
Solution framing: ability to outline use cases, high-level architectures, value hypotheses, and implementation considerations
Stakeholder management: coordinate across multiple internal teams
reliable follow-through and crisp documentation
Nice to have
Experience in pre-sales / solutions consulting / product evangelism / technical account management for AI, automation, or enterprise platforms
Familiarity with cloud AI stacks (Azure/AWS/GCP), MLOps basics, and common enterprise constraints (security, privacy, compliance)
Industry exposure (BFSI, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, telecom) and ability to tailor narratives by domain
Public speaking, workshop design, design thinking, or innovation lab experience
