Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our team as a Seasonal/Temporary Expedition Support and Incident Coordinator. This is an hybrid based job, working night shifts during our busiest travel period. You will help make sure our overnight operations run smoothly and respond quickly to any urgent issues.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support teams travelling overnight during the busiest time of the year
  • Monitor ongoing operations and deal with incidents or unexpected problems
  • Communicate clearly with parents, our internal teams, and external partners
  • Keep accurate records and follow our procedures
  • Make sure daytime teams receive clear and complete handovers

Requirements:

  • Able to commit to night shifts on the 3 on, 3 off rota
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Well organised and able to manage several tasks at once
  • Quick to respond to changing priorities and situations
  • Reliable, pay attention to detail, and able to work independently at night
