Job Responsibility

Constant liaison with suppliers to monitor all orders issued, keeping the procurement project plan up-to-date to ensure shipments are made on time and quality is adequate
Provide an ongoing view of supplier progress toward purchase order requirements
Verify supplier's General Manufacturing Program and support in resolving anomalies
Monitor and report supplier progress to the supply chain and project manager by informing promptly of any issues or delays
