Job Description:

We’re looking for the best candidate to increase the impact of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). An Expansion Pack (EP) is similar to an Executive Assistant role at other companies, but with a broader mandate: optimizing leadership time and driving cohesion across a fast-paced, remote, global environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own complex, high-volume scheduling and meeting logistics
  • protect focus time and triage incoming requests
  • Manage communications flow, briefs, agendas, action items, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate domestic/international travel and prep the President for key meetings
  • Partner with senior leaders, EAs, and cross-functional teams (People, Legal, Finance, Comms) to keep priorities moving
  • Improve the operating rhythms, systems, and templates that help the President’s office run smoothly
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Experienced in supporting senior executives in a high-growth and/or global environment
  • Excellent judgment, organization, and communication
  • comfort pushing back and negotiating tradeoffs
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities across time zones
  • Strong tool fluency (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) and a process-improvement mindset
