Job Description:

The Exit Gate Attendant is responsible for ensuring all vehicles leaving the facility are properly documented and authorized. This role is stationed outdoors in a heated booth and plays a key part in maintaining security, accuracy, and a smooth exit process for customers and staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • Verify that all individuals exiting with a vehicle have the correct paperwork
  • Confirm the vehicle matches the documentation provided (vehicle details, plate numbers, etc.)
  • Check driver’s licenses to ensure identity and authorization
  • Maintain accurate logs of vehicles exiting the property
  • Provide clear, courteous communication with customers and staff
  • Report any discrepancies, suspicious activity, or policy violations to management immediately
  • Ensure the exit area remains organized, safe, and efficient
  • Follow all company security procedures and protocols

Requirements:
