Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum Level 3 exercise referral qualification
  • Successfully complete exercise programming, monitoring and evaluating of clients and delivery of health assessments
  • Actively and consistently promote the company’s vision and values
  • Complete admin duties and effectively use the telephone and basic computer software systems
  • Be highly motivated, knowledgeable and passionate about health, exercise and rehabilitation
  • Motivate clients in order for them to achieve personal exercise goals
  • Demonstrate an understanding and caring nature towards exercise referral clients
  • This role will require a DBS check to be completed prior to starting

Nice to have:

We would also consider a Level 3 Personal Trainer looking at moving into exercise referral
