Job Description

The Exercise Assistant role at Baptist Health involves assisting Wellness Center members with their exercise programs and providing excellent customer service. Job Responsibility

  • To assist Wellness Center members with their exercise programs
  • provide excellent customer service
  • provide initial workout orientations and personal training appointments
  • assist the Director and Exercise Physiologists in needed areas

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience
  • Basic Life Support
  • Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification
  • Experience in fitness center, exercise program or wellness center
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years
