We are seeking a detail‑oriented individual to support accurate employee data management and transactional HR processes within SAP for multiple operating companies. This role is ideal for someone beginning their HR operations career, with a strong focus on service quality, data accuracy and adherence to service-level commitments. You will contribute to smooth and efficient business‑as‑usual (BAU) operations for VOIS from our Pune location.
Job Responsibility:
Process a range of HR transactional activities accurately and consistently across existing and new HR processes
Maintain employee data integrity within SAP and ensure all manual and system updates are completed in a timely manner
Support delivery aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across customer groups
Uphold quality standards by ensuring error‑free execution and compliance with audit requirements
Proactively contribute to a customer‑focused service experience while preventing operational escalations
Requirements:
Knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors (OM & PA modules desirable but not mandatory)
Good communicator who can work collaboratively within a service‑focused environment
Fresher or someone with up to 2 years of relevant SAP end‑user experience
Graduate from any discipline with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
