Job Description

This executive will own measurable customer acquisition, bookings growth, and partner-driven revenue expansion. This is a leadership role with direct accountability to revenue outcomes. True revenue accountability, not brand marketing. Enterprise clients including hotels, airlines, cruise lines, rental car, and tourism brands. Minimum client spend typically $2M to $3M. Ability to build scalable partnership ecosystems with recurring revenue impact. Significant autonomy with performance-based influence. Direct impact on bookings and measurable growth metrics.

Job Responsibility

  • Increase bookings volume while improving efficiency and ROI
  • Build and scale affiliate, creator, distribution, and strategic partnership channels
  • Optimize funnel performance across conversion, retention, and repeat bookings
  • Establish predictable growth forecasting and KPI cadence
  • Lead enterprise hunting efforts with deal sizes ranging from $2M to $30M

Requirements

  • Proven B2C growth leadership with measurable bookings impact
  • Experience building partnership channels that generate real revenue
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel performance, and KPI ownership
  • Enterprise hunter mentality with experience securing large accounts
  • Travel, hospitality, OTA, cruise, tours, or marketplace experience strongly preferred
  • Builder mindset with execution speed and accountability
  • Comfortable operating as both strategist and hands-on executor
