We are looking for a visionary executive and enterprise sales authority for SureWx, a recognized global leader in optimising aviation cold weather operations for marquee customers in the global airline and airport sectors. As the Executive Vice President of Sales, you are the central driving force in transforming complex technology service offerings into sustainable revenue growth and seven-figure ACV deals. SureWx operates with a disciplined, agile approach and a remote, international workforce that possess a high degree of integrity. Your focus is to develop a robust, international commercial strategy that is seamlessly balanced with hands-on execution and leadership of a high performance commercial team.
Job Responsibility
Craft corporate sales strategies that include relevant, measurable objectives and execute tactical plans within agreed general management parameters that deliver strong and durable revenue growth
Establish a rigorous enterprise sales and account management culture by implementing best-practice methodologies, repeatable processes, and continuous learning/training programs
Develop an action oriented, fact-based commercial reporting system and take personal ownership for delivering regular board level reports that identify risk and reflect measurable progress toward achieving corporate goals
Build your team and implement structured talent development and performance management
Lead from the front with significant hands-on involvement managing complex buying centres and closing value-based, enterprise sales opportunities
Undertake intensive, personal face-to-face outreach with your staff and their customers during the first six months
Establish a continuous market feedback loop through your customer facing organization
Transform SureWx's corporate value into profitable relationships with senior/executive members from multiple operating groups within the airline's organization
Requirements
A rich commercial background with progressively increasing responsibilities in an international enterprise sales environment culminating in a senior role with both strategic and general management responsibilities
Navigating regulated sectors with complex operating standards such as Aviation, Maritime, Space, Infrastructure (e.g. sustainable energy) or Telecom
Building and maintaining durable executive relationships with global customers in a multi-cultural environment
Managing and thriving in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles at the seven-figure TCV level
Proven experience in developing and mentoring high-performing international teams including business development, sales, account management, and subject matter experts
Direct aviation experience is advantageous but not a mandatory requirement
Creative, collaborative and disciplined with a strong dedication to customer success
Humble yet authoritative, naturally earning the team's trust as an advocate for their success
Have the courage to challenge legacy thinking at all levels and to strive for continuous improvement of high-performance culture
Thrives in an international, remote work environment and agile setting with a high degree of autonomy
