Job Description

American Dining Creations (and its parent company, American Food & Vending) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Vice President of Growth and Client Relations (EVP) to drive the growth and expansion of our company. Reporting to the Company’s owners and working alongside the VP of Sales, the EVP will be responsible for driving organic growth through developing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, developing growth strategies, cultivating strategic relationships, and expanding our market territories. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in sales management, business development and marketing strategies.

Job Responsibility

  • Coach and inspire Company sales professionals to create and implement growth strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Analyze data and market trends to develop growth initiatives, enhance customer acquisition and retention and increase market share
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders to expand our market presence and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing on developing marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, social strategy, and client journey
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth and sales activities, production, customer acquisition costs, etc
  • Review and approve company contract renewals, new business proformas and proposals, outlining areas of negotiation
  • Oversee the development of sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team, retain top sales professionals, ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal regulations in all growth activities
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team on growth initiatives and outcomes
  • May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field and/or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience (including vp level) in sales management, business development, or a related role, driving revenue growth
  • Business to business sales experience or experience in contract food services preferred
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and understand customer behavior
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support growth initiatives and sales activities
