We are looking for an accomplished communications leader to shape and expand a corporate advisory practice in. This position is suited for a senior strategist who can guide executive stakeholders through complex reputational and business challenges while strengthening client partnerships and market presence. Job Responsibility
Direct the growth and strategic direction of the corporate advisory function, developing opportunities across multiple client sectors and service areas
Advise senior executives on reputation management, stakeholder communications, business transformation, crisis-related matters, and leadership visibility
Work closely with broader advisory leadership to refine and scale offerings in corporate reputation, narrative development, executive positioning, and related specialties
Expand the use of AI-supported advisory solutions within client engagements and help strengthen internal capabilities that improve delivery and innovation
Generate new business through relationship building, proposal leadership, strategic presentations, and expansion of existing client accounts
Lead, coach, and develop a strong team of advisors, creating an environment that supports growth, accountability, and high standards of performance
Oversee integrated communications programs, ensuring strategic alignment, quality execution, and measurable impact for clients
Monitor external developments, industry shifts, and emerging stakeholder concerns to help clients respond effectively and plan proactively
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver connected solutions that address communications, reputation, and business priorities
Contribute to senior leadership initiatives by supporting operational improvement, innovation planning, and talent development across the broader advisory organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
At least 15 years of experience in strategic communications, corporate affairs, reputation advisory, executive positioning, management consulting, or a closely related field
