Job Description

Snail Games USA is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Translator Liaison / Office Administrator to provide bilingual communication support and administrative coordination for executives and internal teams. This role serves as a key communication bridge between English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, helping facilitate meetings, travel, business operations, and day-to-day office activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. This position requires regular on-site presence and occasional international travel to support executives and business initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide accurate verbal and written translation between Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Interpret during meetings, interviews, conference calls, presentations, and business discussions
  • Translate emails, reports, presentations, contracts, and other business documents
  • Facilitate communication between U.S. and international teams, partners, and vendors
  • Assist executives with communications, follow-up items, and cross-cultural business interactions
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and action items
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries for executives
  • Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and schedules

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, including verbal interpretation and written translation
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support, translation, or related roles
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • This position is full-time and on-site at our Beverly Hills office
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
  • Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid passport
  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require
