Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify skills gaps across various departments, from production lines to administrative offices

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or professional qualification in a related field
2–4 years of experience in a T&D or HR role, preferably within the garment or manufacturing sector
Professional certifications (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP, or specialized Train-the-Trainer certifications) are a distinct advantage
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), MS Office Suite, and graphic design tools for material creation
Exceptional public speaking abilities, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
