Are you an experienced administrator who’s ready to step up and develop towards an Executive Assistant–level role? This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Head Office team in Team Valley in a high‑exposure, developmental position supporting senior leaders across the Group. This full‑time, Monday–Friday role is ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience working with PLC level executives and a senior management team, build confidence working with senior stakeholders, and position themselves strongly for future permanent EA opportunities within the business or beyond. You’ll work closely with members of our senior leadership team as they support the next chapter of Vertu Motors’ growth, gaining invaluable insight into how a large PLC operates at the highest level.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide proactive, high‑quality administrative support to senior leaders, helping to keep priorities on track and operations running smoothly
  • Manage complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements, working confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, track actions and follow up to ensure accountability and progress
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact, handling queries professionally and building strong working relationships across the Group
  • Work with sensitive and commercially confidential information, demonstrating discretion, professionalism and sound judgement at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or PA-style role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
