Job Description:

Executive Talent Partner role focused on architecting and executing talent strategies for leadership hiring. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position where you'll enhance executive hiring approach through market mapping, AI-powered recruitment, and building pipelines of high-caliber executive talent.

Job Responsibility:

Strategic Talent Intelligence: conduct talent and market mapping
Proactive Sourcing & Engagement: build pipelines of passive executive talent
AI-Powered Recruitment: champion use of AI and automation tools
Executive Search Execution: manage full lifecycle of executive searches
Data-Driven Consultation: provide recommendations to executive team
Company Research & Insights: become expert on industry and competitors
Commercial acumen: understand SaaS business mechanics

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition with track record of hiring executive-level talent
Deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques including company and candidate-based research
Data-driven mindset with ability to translate talent and market data into actionable strategies
Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
High level of digital literacy and curiosity for exploring new ways of working
Ability to operate with high degree of autonomy and urgency in fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Verifiable experience in creating and executing comprehensive talent and market-mapping projects
High level of competency with AI and automation tools for recruitment
Portfolio of successful, complex executive searches
Experience in high-growth or technology-driven industry
Experience with Product and Technology recruiting
