The Executive Support Officer will provide proactive and trusted professional support to the Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer, working within the councils’ Strategic Policy team. You will play a key role identifying and prioritising key actions on behalf of the senior officers you support, and work closely with all directorates to ensure effective strategic support is provided. You will be a key part of the Strategic Policy team, which ensures strategic support is provided to the benefit of the wider organisation to ensure effective delivery of all the organisation's outcomes.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Comprehensive understanding of providing executive and strategic support
Ability to master new and complex subject areas and problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Invested in effectively supporting the Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer
