We’re looking for an Executive Support Assistant to support our executive team and help keep our EMEA Support Centre running smoothly. Based in our Central Glasgow office, this role combines high-level executive support with oversight of key administrative and compliance activities across head office.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day support to the executive team, managing complex diaries, co-ordinating international travel and organising leadership meetings and events
Help coordinate head office processes, including health and safety, governance and compliance activity
Handle correspondence professionally and keep communication flowing between the leadership team and the wider business
Requirements:
Experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Support or senior administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-site organisation
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and good judgement
