Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Administrator responsibilities to provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support within the business. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of senior leadership activities while also supporting wider office administration. The successful candidate will be detail orientated, professional, and confident managing multiple priorities. You will act as a key point of coordination, supporting senior stakeholders while maintaining high standards of confidentiality, organisation, and communication. This is a varied and hands on role offering exposure across the business, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, professional environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the business, ensuring efficient office operations
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely responses
  • Maintain and organise electronic and physical filing systems
  • Support meeting preparation, including agendas, documentation, and minute taking where required
  • Coordinate office supplies, facilities requests, and general office administration
  • Assist with onboarding administration for new starters
  • Support internal communications and coordination between departments
  • Provide PA support to senior leadership, including diary management and meeting coordination
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
