As an Executive Sourcing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Airwallex by identifying and engaging exceptional executive and senior leadership talent globally. Your collaboration with our Executive Recruiters and business leaders to proactively build strategic talent pipelines for our most business-critical roles will be instrumental in our growth. As a trusted advisor, you will bring deep sourcing expertise, rigorous research capabilities, and a strong point of view on talent to ensure we stay ahead in a competitive market. This high-impact, high-visibility role is ideal for someone passionate about sourcing at the highest level, who thrives in complexity, and delivers measurable results.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and drive executive sourcing strategies across leadership roles (Director/ VP to C-level) in Product, Engineering, Commercial, Strategy, Operations, Finance, and Legal functions
  • Partner with executive recruiters and hiring leaders to gain a deep understanding of business priorities and translate them into proactive sourcing roadmaps
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping, identifying high-caliber candidates from top-tier companies and industries
  • Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines by cultivating relationships with current and future leaders, even before roles become available
  • Screen and assess talent for leadership capabilities, cultural alignment, and intellectual rigor, beyond just resume credentials
  • Leverage sourcing tools and platforms, and continuously experiment with creative outreach and engagement methods
  • Use data to inform decisions, track the performance of your sourcing funnel, measure the effectiveness of outreach, and leverage insights to iterate and improve
  • Champion sourcing excellence by contributing to scalable sourcing processes, documentation, and best practices that elevate the bar for leadership hiring at Airwallex
  • Communicate with clarity and consistency, keeping stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the sourcing process

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a talent sourcing or research role, with a strong focus on senior/executive-level hiring (Director, VP, C-level)
  • Proven experience sourcing leadership talent in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly on new domains and understand complex org structures and hiring requirements
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering with executive recruiters and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence and inform with clarity and empathy
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing tools, strategies, and market mapping techniques
  • Strong data and analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize search performance
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguity
