• 0–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content roles
• Experience working with brands, agencies, or retail / consumer-focused businesses is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, algorithms, and best practices
• Working knowledge of content analytics, platform insights, and reporting tools
• Familiarity with SMM tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent
• Basic understanding of paid social advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
• Awareness of brand communication principles, digital trends, and consumer behavior
• Data interpretation and insight generation
• Time management and calendar planning
• Strong communication, Cross-functional collaboration and coordination skills
• Content planning, storytelling, and creative thinking
