College Track is a 10-year commitment to first-generation college students — from high school through a bachelor’s degree. We don’t just help students get in; we help them stay, graduate, and thrive. Our scholars graduate college at three times the national average for first-generation students, and by age 30, they earn an average of $89,823 — well above the national median. We’ve been doing this since 1997. We operate 13 centers. And Baltimore is our next horizon.
