Executive / Senior Executive - Business Development (Car Park)

• Identify and secure new car park sites to support the company’s expansion goals
• Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess site potential and industry trends
• Develop and maintain a database of site proposals, valuations, and business leads
• Assist in drafting strategic expansion plans and developing a high-performing business development team
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including building owners, property managers, and government authorities
• Prepare and deliver effective business pitches, presentations, and proposals to clients and management
• Negotiate and finalize contracts for new site acquisitions and management agreements
• Drive initiatives to enhance the company’s brand visibility and corporate identity
• Support the implementation of performance-driven KPIs and incentive programs within the team

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Estate Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs or sales targets
