Your future employer is an entrepreneurial car park management and solutions company that is rapidly expanding and seeking talented individuals to join as pioneers in the business development department.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and secure new car park sites to support the company’s expansion goals
Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess site potential and industry trends
Develop and maintain a database of site proposals, valuations, and business leads
Assist in drafting strategic expansion plans and developing a high-performing business development team
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including building owners, property managers, and government authorities
Prepare and deliver effective business pitches, presentations, and proposals to clients and management
Negotiate and finalize contracts for new site acquisitions and management agreements
Drive initiatives to enhance the company’s brand visibility and corporate identity
Support the implementation of performance-driven KPIs and incentive programs within the team
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Estate Management, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs or sales targets
Nice to have:
Experience in the car park industry is an added advantage
