Job Description:

As an Executive-Sales at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Nogales, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue using sales techniques, promoting brand awareness, processing reservation requests and changes, and supporting general office duties in Sales & Marketing. You will assist in training employees and maintaining professional standards to ensure guest satisfaction. This position does not require supervisory experience but expects at least 2 years of related work experience.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
use sales techniques that maximize revenue
determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts
promote awareness of brand image
process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
assist management in training and motivating employees
follow all company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
protect company assets
welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
prepare and review written documents accurately and completely
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
read and visually verify information in a variety of formats
perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
