We are a pioneering Fintech company at the forefront of payment technology, and we are looking for a versatile professional to join our team in Athens. This is a dual-impact role requiring a unique blend of high-level administrative precision and sales-driven coordination. As an Executive & Sales Support Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you will be the right hand to our General Managers while acting as a vital engine for our Sales team’s success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the General Managers of two entities
  • Prepare professional presentations, strategic reports, and comprehensive meeting materials
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and rigorous follow-up on leadership actions
  • Support the organization of leadership meetings and key internal corporate events
  • Assist the Sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, CRM updates, and contract administration
  • Engage with potential merchants to identify their payment needs (POS, e-commerce, mobile) and design tailored acquiring solutions
  • Prepare and deliver professional product presentations to merchants, financial institutions, and partners
  • Support the merchant onboarding process, ensuring all due diligence and documentation (KYC, risk checks) are handled efficiently

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Sales Support Officer
  • University Degree
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and verbal)
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
