This is a dual-impact role requiring a unique blend of high-level administrative precision and sales-driven coordination. As an Executive & Sales Support Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you will be the right hand to our General Managers while acting as a vital engine for our Sales team’s success.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the General Managers of two entities
Prepare professional presentations, strategic reports, and comprehensive meeting materials
Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and rigorous follow-up on leadership actions
Support the organization of leadership meetings and key internal corporate events
Assist the Sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, CRM updates, and contract administration
Engage with potential merchants to identify their payment needs (POS, e-commerce, mobile) and design tailored acquiring solutions
Prepare and deliver professional product presentations to merchants, financial institutions, and partners
Support the merchant onboarding process, ensuring all due diligence and documentation (KYC, risk checks) are handled efficiently
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Sales Support Officer
University Degree
Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and verbal)
Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
