We are looking for an Executive Sales Associate to be part of our retail team in our London Harrods Boutique. As an Executive Sales Associate at Boucheron, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships and ensuring store excellence. You will represent the most stylish and cutting-edge French High Jewelry Maison with elegance, expertise, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive sales by offering personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and suggesting suitable jewelry pieces
  • Use extensive product knowledge to showcase Boucheron's exquisite collections and convey the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, product demonstration techniques and team spirit
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Represent Boucheron as an Ambassador, adhering strictly to the Maison’s selling ceremony
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service, follow-up communications, and tailored experiences
  • Proactively connect with existing clients to understand their preferences, upcoming events, and special occasions, anticipating their needs
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to monitor client interactions, preferences, and buying patterns, enabling targeted outreach and relationship management
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities for business growth to broaden the store’s clientele and enhance its market visibility
  • Ensure excellence of retail operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry
  • Outstanding sales expertise, evidenced by a track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a talent for storytelling: fluency in multiple languages is advantageous preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and very important clienteling skills
  • Committed, results-driven and team-oriented, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
