We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Executive - Reservations to join our Head Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling room reservations, managing booking systems, and supporting revenue strategies across multiple hotel properties.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee daily reservations operations
Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective reservations management
Resolve overbooking or special request issues
Respond professionally to inquiries
Maintain proper occupancy reports and reservation records
Coordinate with Sales, Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in reservations in the hospitality sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and MS Office
