We are looking for a skilled Executive Recruiter to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This long-term contract role requires a detail-oriented individual to support senior-level hiring needs while delivering a top-tier candidate experience. As part of a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to work onsite three days a week and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for executive-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for senior roles
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and detail-oriented experience throughout the hiring cycle
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to create detailed job profiles and leverage assessment tools
Proactively identify and cultivate a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate discussions on total rewards to secure top talent
Conduct candidate regroup sessions with senior stakeholders to align on hiring decisions
Utilize recruitment technologies, such as Workday, to streamline and enhance hiring processes
Embed the organization’s purpose-driven values into recruitment communications and interactions
Research and develop new sourcing channels to expand the talent pool for critical executive-level roles
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on executive-level hiring
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Workday and Avature
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively
Demonstrated expertise in building talent pipelines and leveraging technology for recruitment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver attentive and high-touch candidate experiences
Nice to have:
Experience in industries such as consulting, financial services, or commercial real estate is a plus
