Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of full-time executive protection experience in a dynamic program (embedded program experience preferred)
Relevant security and/or close protection experience to include government, law enforcement, military and/or private security
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
California Guard Card, CPR certification and the ability to obtain additional licenses/certifications as needed

Completed Minnesota Security Guard Training Courses with certificate

Job Responsibility

Provide close protection and other security-related duties for the client during domestic assignments
Perform local area travel advances to review departures, arrivals, movements, routes, and emergency actions and ascertain threat vulnerabilities
Securely transport the client or family members to events and appointments
Respond to emergencies and perform adequate medical first aid operations
Deescalate tense situations or individuals
Communicate vulnerabilities or safety concerns promptly
Effectively communicate with clients and management through incident reports and other administrative tools
Assist with protection schedules and team assignments
Operate and maintain protective, operational, and communications equipment, including a vehicle
Prepare mission plans and submit all required reports on time, including expense and closing reports

Requirements

A graduate of a reputable executive protection training school desired
Experience and understanding of corporate culture
Extensive medial experience (EMT, First Responder, 18D, Paramedic, Navy Corpsman) desired
Experience with after action report writing
Working knowledge of physical security systems, alarm/CCTV equipment and monitoring, computerized security hardware/software, and technical security countermeasures
Experience working with C-Suite level executives or equivalent Leadership and management experience desired
