Job Description

Strategic partner and leader who can navigate the space between high-level strategy and deep-dive execution. Facilitate the rhythm of the Product and Engineering organization, ensuring that while we dream big, we also execute with precision.

Job Responsibility

  • Bridge the gap between the Management Board’s vision and operational execution
  • Ensure the CTO’s strategic roadmap acts as the blueprint for Product and Engineering delivery
  • Represent Product & Tech leadership in critical forums
  • Make decisions within your scope
  • Provide necessary insights to keep the CTO and leadership team aligned
  • Lead high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives that span the entire Product and Engineering organisation and Customer Success
  • Identify systemic bottlenecks and evolve processes to enable flow
  • Refine Agile methodologies
  • Oversee resource allocation and budget planning
  • Build the ecosystem that allows product teams to thrive
  • Translate between ‘Business’ and ‘Tech’
  • Turn strategic intent into actionable roadmaps
  • Ensure clarity and transparency across the organization

Requirements

  • Significant experience (5-7+ years) in Strategic Operations, Technical Program/Project Management, or a Chief of Staff capacity within a high-growth SaaS or Tech environment
  • Understanding of SaaS & Middleware
  • Navigate the API economy
  • Experience building high-availability systems in the fashion/lifestyle space
