We’re looking for an Executive Programs Manager to join our growing Executive Programs team. Reporting to the Head of Executive Programs, this role will own the planning and execution of Wiz’s leading high-touch executive experiences, ranging from 1:1 CxO meetings to curated roundtables, VIP dinners, and strategic events, while helping scale and mature Wiz’s executive programs. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Wiz leadership to create thoughtful, polished and memorable interactions with our most senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a nimble, proactive self-starter with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to planning and own the execution of executive engagements, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for C-suite and VP-level audiences
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned executive programs, managing timelines, logistics, and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with Wiz executives and internal teams to align objectives, agendas, and outcomes for each engagement
  • Lead onsite execution for executive meetings, dinners, roundtables, and VIP moments at events
  • Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, CMS, Jifflennow and Airtable to support execution and reporting
  • Contribute to templates, documentation, and repeatable playbooks that support program scale
  • Anticipate issues and resolve them quickly and professionally, maintaining a calm, executive-ready presence
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Field Marketing, Product, and Wiz leadership to support account strategies and executive engagement goals
  • Provide guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders on how to leverage executive experiences effectively
  • Support leadership in evolving and improving executive programming over time

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working in executive-facing roles in customer marketing, executive programs, strategic events, or a similar role preferably at an enterprise-focused software or SaaS company
  • Experience owning executive-facing programs or events with senior leadership audiences
  • Comfort and confidence interacting with VP- and C-level executives, with strong communication and professionalism
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality, high-touch experiences
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and logistics
  • Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Willingness to travel 25% (may include international travel)
