Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and execution of HAEA corporate strategy and business plans
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and internal capability assessments to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, finance and technology teams to align planning efforts
  • Identify growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and innovation initiatives
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking related to strategic initiatives
  • Support executive leadership with data-driven insights, scenario planning, and risk assessments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in corporate planning, strategy development, business development, or management consulting
  • 5+ Years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives in complex organizational environments
  • Proficiency with data analysis, financial modeling, and corporate performance tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence software
  • Understanding of selling through partners or Managed Service Provider (MSP) business models

Nice to have:
