Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly trusted Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President and Chairman. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly manage both business and personal responsibilities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-level executive and personal support to the President and Chairman
  • Manage complex professional and personal calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal commitments
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and confirmations
  • Handle logistics for meetings, events, and special activities (business and personal)
  • Serve as a key point of contact, managing communications and prioritizing requests with professionalism and discretion
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges
  • Assist with special projects and a variety of administrative and organizational duties as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality across all personal and business matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or High School diploma/GED with relevant experience and/or trade school training
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a CEO and/or C-level executive in both professional and personal capacities
  • Education or training in project management, organizational, and/or administrative disciplines
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, executive environment
