We are seeking an experienced and highly trusted Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President and Chairman. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly manage both business and personal responsibilities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level executive and personal support to the President and Chairman
Manage complex professional and personal calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal commitments
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and confirmations
Handle logistics for meetings, events, and special activities (business and personal)
Serve as a key point of contact, managing communications and prioritizing requests with professionalism and discretion
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges
Assist with special projects and a variety of administrative and organizational duties as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality across all personal and business matters
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or High School diploma/GED with relevant experience and/or trade school training
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a CEO and/or C-level executive in both professional and personal capacities
Education or training in project management, organizational, and/or administrative disciplines
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, executive environment
