Job Responsibility
Manage complex calendars, coordinate appointments, and oversee extensive domestic and international travel logistics for multiple Executives
Organize Board meetings (logistics, minutes, and signatures) and maintain vital investor lists and contact records
Prepare high-level agendas, presentations, and marketing materials while managing corporate invoice submissions and documentation reviews
Oversee general office operations, including supplies, furniture, and coordination with third-party IT support
Provide flexible support to the Chairman’s family, managing sensitive tasks such as passports, home repairs, school enrollments, and household staff travel
Requirements
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and literacy in both PC and Mac environments
Proven track record of supporting C-Suite executives, ideally with experience managing both corporate and personal/family logistics
Ability to interact professionally with internal Board members and external international guests and investors
Demonstrated ability to exercise exceptional judgment and remain calm under the pressure of a global, fast-paced environment
Post-secondary education and a background in business administration, law or real estate considered an asset
