We’re working with a fast-growing, founder-led consumer brand in Beverly Hills that's looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to support a senior leader (mix of professional + personal support) in a casual, non-corporate environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, enjoys blending professional and personal support, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Job Responsibility:
Own calendar + scheduling, travel, and day-to-day admin
Handle personal logistics (appointments, errands, gifting, returns, vendors, home coordination)
Light office support (supplies, mail, vendors) + occasional team moments/events
Operate independently, anticipate needs, and keep things organized
Requirements:
2–4 years EA/PA experience (personal support is a big plus)
Discreet, resourceful, detail-oriented, calm under pressure
Comfortable being mobile (errands) and working hybrid onsite in BH
Wants a stable right-hand role (this is not a “ladder” position)
