Job Description

Our client is on the lookout for a talented Executive & Personal Assistant to support their CEO. In this temporary to permanent role, you'll have the chance to work alongside industry leaders and pave the way for a rewarding career.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage ever-changing complex calendars and multi-stop travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and agendas
  • take meeting minutes and disseminate action items in follow-up
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support charitable donations, external board needs, computer issues, and personal appointments
  • Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed

Requirements

  • 15+ years of executive or law firm support experience
  • a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience with both personal and professional support
  • Experience with coordinating international/domestic travel, scheduling across time zones, and frequently rebooking travel
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
