Job Responsibility:
Manage ever-changing complex calendars and multi-stop travel arrangements
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and agendas
take meeting minutes and disseminate action items in follow-up
Serve as a point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders
Support charitable donations, external board needs, computer issues, and personal appointments
Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed
Requirements:
15+ years of executive or law firm support experience
a bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience with both personal and professional support
Experience with coordinating international/domestic travel, scheduling across time zones, and frequently rebooking travel
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
