The business is now entering an exciting phase of growth, with an ambitious revenue target and the leadership focus to match.    The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this newly created role is designed to create strategic capacity at the top of the organisation. You will own the MD’s operating system, support executive accountability across the leadership team, and help coordinate key strategic projects.    Key Responsibilities: Own the MD’s calendar, inbox, and weekly rhythm to protect strategic time Manage the leadership team action register and issue regular accountability reporting Compile KPI packs, executive dashboards, and board preparation materials Coordinate strategic projects, tracking workstreams, owners, and deadlines Support the recruitment project pipeline from advertising through to onboarding Convert rough MD input into polished communications, briefing notes, and agendas Maintain the decision log and surface risks proactively    Key Skills & Experience Required: 5+ years in a senior executive support, operations, or commercial coordination role Background in an SME or high-growth business strongly preferred over large corporate Proven ability to manage a senior executive’s time and operating system, not just logistics Strong written communication: able to produce clean, professional output from rough input Commercially literate with an understanding of how businesses operate and prioritise High EQ with the confidence to hold people accountable constructively Organised, proactive, and comfortable operating with pace and ambiguity Proficient in Microsoft 365 and task management tools; discretion as a matter of character    What’s in it for you This is a genuine career opportunity, not a traditional EA hire.
