This role is a high-impact, hands-on position designed to serve as the Founder & CEO’s right hand. While titled Executive Assistant, the role is not administrative-heavy in the traditional sense. Instead, this individual will support and execute a wide range of strategic, operational, and special projects at the direction of the CEO. The Executive Operations Assistant will work closely with internal teams — including production, logistics, and sales — as well as external stakeholders such as municipalities, suppliers, and grant administrators. This role requires someone who is adaptable, organized, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
