Job Description:

Executive Officer - Deployment. This is a demanding and challenging hands-on role, in a unique fast-paced working environment, but is equally fulfilling. Provide day to day support and advice to Customers across the UK to prepare them for move on from Asylum Support. This is a varied role with a flexible deployment approach. You will be working directly with customers in a face to face and virtual setting, resolving blockers through escalations, whilst working closely with HEO AMLO Team and Operational leads.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage caseloads and maintain trackers
  • Retrieve and direct data to HEO Team leads for logistical planning
  • Respond to emails from various sources timely and appropriately
  • Escalate unresolved issues to various teams
  • Communicate with Customers via various means including phone
  • Maintain effective relationships with key internal and external partners
  • Demonstrate civil service values and standards of behaviour
  • Provide advice, guidance, and support to Customers on site
  • Respond and refer cases for safeguarding, police or security incidents
  • Perform additional duties as required
  • Record keeping on excel and other IT systems

Requirements:
