Our client, a reputable organisation, is hiring for a Campaign Delivery Officer (EO Grade) to join their team on a fixed-term basis, with the possibility of extension. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support recruitment initiatives, ensuring they meet key targets and deadlines. What you'll be doing: * Leading and supporting teams in delivering multiple recruitment campaigns across government departments. * Providing expert recruitment and pre-employment checking services within the Civil Service. * Managing performance and productivity to ensure successful campaign delivery. * Building strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party providers. * Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, to support smooth operations. * Proactively identifying and managing risks, escalating issues when necessary. * Contributing to a collaborative "one team" ethos, working flexibly across teams to support shared goals. * Ensuring all campaign activities align with customer needs and KPIs.
