Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Executive Officer (EO) on behalf of the Ministry of Justice (MOJ Core) based in Canary Wharf. This is an excellent opportunity to join a government department in a varied and rewarding role, supporting the delivery of key operational services and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Follow relevant Ministry of Justice policies and procedures
  • Manage the production and quality control of individual casework
  • Resolve complex queries by reviewing evidence, including numerical data and written correspondence, and provide recommendations for action
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including Judges and other Ministry of Justice departments
  • Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally, tailoring messages to different audiences
  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements and changes
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and ensure statutory obligations are met
  • Undertake additional duties appropriate to the grade as directed by management
