The Executive Officer (EO) Resourcing Advisor plays a key role in delivering high-quality, candidate-focused recruitment services across Defra and its ALBs. Working closely with Resourcing Managers, Business Partners, and stakeholders, you'll support the delivery of recruitment campaigns, ensuring activity is timely, compliant, and aligned with Civil Service Recruitment Principles. You'll provide clear, practical guidance to hiring managers, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Job Responsibility:
Supporting recruitment campaigns from planning through to offer, ensuring high standards and timely delivery
Championing candidate experience through clear, empathetic communication and proactive support
Advising stakeholders and promoting best practice throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Supporting onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for successful candidates
Contributing to attraction and outreach activity, promoting Defra's Employer Value Proposition
Responding to recruitment queries via the Resourcing Query Resolution (RQR) service, escalating complex issues and helping improve guidance and training
Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
