Job Description

The Executive Officer (EO) Resourcing Advisor plays a key role in delivering high-quality, candidate-focused recruitment services across Defra and its ALBs. Working closely with Resourcing Managers, Business Partners, and stakeholders, you'll support the delivery of recruitment campaigns, ensuring activity is timely, compliant, and aligned with Civil Service Recruitment Principles. You'll provide clear, practical guidance to hiring managers, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that supports the development of a diverse, capable, and engaged workforce.
