Job Description

Our client, a consulting firm in downtown Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary to permanent Office & Executive Coordinator to support their office and leadership team!

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the main point-of-contact for office needs and support leadership team members
  • Handle meeting coordination, workshop logistics, and ensure clients are receiving any support needed
  • Maintain documentation for support best practices such as catering recommendations, local support roles, etc
  • Coordinate office reservations, catering requests, reconcile expenses, and handle printing needs
  • Provide back-up support to reception and complete additional tasks/special projects as needed

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • 5+ years of administrative, executive, or office assistant experience is required
  • Strong skills in MS Office, Zoom, and Teams
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment
