Job Description

The Executive Office Assistant will have a blended responsibility of daily office management as well as support operations and compliance.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with setting up conference rooms for in-person and virtual meetings
  • Assist with keeping the the firms CRM system up-to-date
  • Ensure office is running smoothly including liaising with building management and vendors
  • Assist with the organization of various events
  • Assist with compliance administration
  • Assist in the preparation and binding of marketing materials, mail, and Fed-Ex
  • Keep the website up-to-date together with the web designer and website host

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of previous admin experience
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
