Our client is a private investment firm focused on the healthcare sector specializing in supporting founder-led businesses and complex transactions including carve-outs and buy and build strategies. They work closely with management to enhance value and expand impact across the healthcare ecosystem.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with scheduling, planning, and departmental functions
Oversee calendar management, travel logistics, and expense reporting for investment professionals
Maintain the CRM system including capturing daily meetings/calls
Assist with preparing marketing materials
Greet and provide general support to visitors
Work with building management and facilities
Lead office operations including kitchen/supply management and vendor management
Maintain conference room calendars
Assist with annual event coordination/logistics as needed
Assist with and coordination of occasional team and firm events
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years if related experience in office administration/management
Experience within financial services or similar-paced industry
